Breakfast: shake

Snack: apple and almond butter

Lunch: turkey, mac. nuts

Dinner: grilled chicken and veggies

    And holy cats! You beat your old time by 3 plus minutes!!! here i thought i was a bad-ass mofo for beating my old time by ~almost~ 3 minutes. Diane rocked it, too. Dang, is 6pm AWESOME!!!
