Went for run - 5K
lunch: salad, salmon, almonds
dinner: burger (no bun), avocado, salsa, salad
cocktails: vodka and club soda with lime (x2)
Attempted to make the honey mustard dressing from recipe on Live Primal. Didn't like it. Will keep searching for one.
Gathered all sorts of recipes, going grocery shopping tomorrow and making items including homemade larabars, peach squares, and something called dinosaur droppings (disgusting name but they look awesome!).
