I am going to miss crossfit tomorrow because it is my turn to represent the kindergarten teachers at SAC & PTO. I will be back in action on Wednesday with my new running shoes. Watch out Diane I think they might make me speedy fast and I just might catch up to you. Haha! Yeah right!
Snack: 1/2 apple and almond butter
Lunch: turkey, 1/2 apple and almond butter
Dinner: salad with lemon for dressing ( yummy ), Paleo meatloaf, avocado
Would like to add in more veggies tomorrow. My fruit does not lack, but I need to work on my veggie intake.
