WOD: 5K row - 24:42
Got under 25 minutes. That was my goal. I was pleased with that considering that I ow just like I run...very slow!
Breakfast: eggs, grapes, almond butter
Lunch: turkey, squash, tomato, almonds
Dinner: pork, salad, guacamole
After dinner: glass of wine and 2 dark chocolate squares.
Glad the week from hell is over...next week could be even worse though. We'll see, it all depends on 1 child!
