Got up...no breakfast we were in need of food so I went to church without breakfast.
Home from church had eggs, sausage, strawberries
Made up Friday's WOD:
mile 1 - 9:55 (not bad)
mile 2 - 10:22 (so frustrating)
mile 3 - 10:46
I feel so terrible about my running!!!! I went out for my runs today with a good attitude and was hoping for some decent times and it just gets so frustrating...no matter how hard I think I am trying I never seem to make running improvements. I feel like I am pushing myself hard, but maybe it is not hard enough. I just have the worst time with running. Oh well...tomorrow is a new day!
Dinner: crab legs, ribs...and some sort of vegetable. Haven't figured it out yet.
