Breakfast: skipped..slept in due to time change
Lunch: stuffed pepper
snack: so I've been craving a popsicle. I had to get creative so I froze some grapes and had frozen grapes. It was so yummy and cured my popsicle craving. I squashed the craving! Also had some pistachios for fat.
Dinner: Glass of wine, Rob's Paleo "manloaf" as he calls it. And asparagus.
Feeling a bit down...must be the Sunday blues.
Looking forward to Spring Break. I need a "staycation". Rob and I are gonna get away somewhere in town and just "be". I can't wait! I need to get away from things!
