Quick blog

WOD: power snatch-I got up to 73 pounds clean. I snatched the 83 4 times, but the snatch became a press at the top so it doesn't count. It will come!

Breakfast: eggs, strawberries, almond butter

Lunch: turkey, avocado

Dinner: meatball, califlower, pistachios

Stress snack: 2 squares of dark chocolate

Work has me really stressed and in unpleasant moods. Today I had a mom cry on my shoulder because she doesn't know how to let go! The story gets interesting trust me, just not enough time to tell it all. Just cut the cord already lady!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! Sometimes I just want to scream and see what people would do.
