WOD: Jelly: 5 rounds, 400m run, 25 kettlebell swings

I swung a dumbell today because there wasn't enough kettlebells. I liked the grip better, but it was more awkward to swing because of the length. The kettlebell is more compact.


Breakfast: eggs, salsa, strawberries, pistachios

Lunch: turkey, red peppers, pistachios

Dinner: taco salad, grapes, dark chocolate square

  1. No worries, Kristin. You ROCKED that dumbbell!! I personally dig on mentally rocking joints, i.e., upon entry into the roller rink, I'll say to myself and my people, "Let's ROCK this roller rink!," or upon entry into the dentist's office, I'll think to myself, "I'm gonna ROCK this dentist's office!" Try it. You'll like it. Go you.
