Practiced some pose technique running today.
WOD: 30 backsquats
          200m run
          30 burpees
113lbs - 7:(something) 
Breakfast: eggs, strawberries, almond butter
Snack: Lara bar and a few macadamia nuts
Lunch: meatloaf, squash, tomatoes
Dinner: meatloaf, red pepper
