Wod: 2k row and max reps dead lift. Rx'd and I don't even remember the time I got...oh well. It's written in my journal.
Breakfast: eggs, strawberries, almond butter
Lunch: meatball, califlower, avocado
Dinner: sea bass, broccoli, pistachios
Had 2 mints today. I just couldn't help it. I needed something in my mouth just to stay awake!!! Hope to get more sleep. Losing sleep over students in my class. I need to learn that I can't fix everything. Some of their problems are bigger than anything I have ever had to deal with in my life. I just want to be able to fix it!!
