CFE: 15 min run. Felt good today!!!

WOD:
Back squat 5x2 at 90% of 1 RM
I did 148 pounds across the board.

Breakfast: smoothie

Lunch: chili with spinach

Snack: apricot, walnut, date mix

Dinner: coconut shrimp

Snack: larabar (I felt hungry today)
