Cravings!

WOD:
"Tabata Snatch"

I did 25 pounds, total score 24

Breakfast: eggs, strawberries, almond butter

Lunch: meatloaf, squash, almonds (with cinnamon and coconut sprinkled on top...yum!)

Dinner: chicken, tea with honey

I am craving sweet things and each day my list of things I want to eat when the challenge is over gets bigger. The honey in my tea did just the trick and took the sting of my cravings away...for the moment anyway.

So I realized today (well I realized a long time ago, but I was in denial) that never ever in my life will I have a "thin" body. I'm working on being ok with that and loving my more "meaty"/muscular body. I was just not built to be thin. I shall learn to embrace it!

  2. girl: thin schmin. YOU ARE SO FLIPPING STRONG, thin matters not. You have got that little tumbler frame (with v. small feet, I might add- highly desirable trait ;)) I'd take strong over thin anyday.
